  • Valid Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate
  • Minimum of 350 total flight hours
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFII (Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument)
  • MEI (Multi-Engine Instructor)
  • Prior experience in instructional environments
  • A positive, student-focused attitude with a desire to mentor and lead

No CFI Yet?
If you do not currently hold a flight instructor certificate, you may still apply to our CFI training program. We offer a structured pathway for qualified pilots to earn their instructor ratings, including CFII and MEI, through our in-house courses.

We are looking for instructors who not only fly well, but who also teach with patience, responsibility, and a genuine passion for aviation.

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented aircraft maintenance technicians to join our professional team. At our school, safety is the foundation of everything we do, and our maintenance staff plays a critical role in ensuring that every aircraft is flight-ready, every day.

Requirements

  • Valid aircraft maintenance certification (FAA A&P or equivalent)
  • Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance
  • Strong understanding of general aviation aircraft systems and procedures
  • Ability to work calmly, precisely, and independently in a time-sensitive environment
